On September 26th we will be hosting a Wine Dinner featuring some of the best wines from the Rhone Valley in France.  Our Head Chef Denis is originally from Lyon, France which is just adjacent to the Rhone Valley.  Chef Denis will be recreating some of his favorite dishes from his hometown to wow our guests. For the wines,  our Sommelier Scott Leinster will be selecting specific wines to pair with each dish that evening.  We will be starting in Provence, moving through the South Rhone, Chateneuf-du-Pape and then finishing with one of Scott’s favorites wines in the world coming from North Rhone.  This is an event that has been in the works for quite some time and we look forward to transporting you from Caledon all the way to The Rhone Valley on this evening.
